摘　　要：历史文化遗产是城市历史记忆的重要载体,具有十分重要的文化内涵和文化价值。珠海市唐家湾镇是全国历史文化名镇,拥有丰富的历史文化遗产。然而,由于制度规范、资金支持、公众参与等方面的不足,唐家湾镇历史文化遗产的保护与开发情况不甚理想。文章基于历史文化遗产保护相关理论和经验,从政策规制、宣传教育、资金保障和公众参与等方面提出促进唐家湾镇历史文化遗产保护与开发的具体举措。Historical and cultural heritage is an important carrier of the historical memory of a city, has a very important cultural connotations and cultural values. Tangjiawan town of Zhuhai City is one of the historical and cultural towns, which has a rich historical and cultural heritage. Due to the lack of system norms,financial support, public participation and so on, the status of the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage of Tangjiawan town still not optimistic. The article is based on the relevant theories and experiences of historical heritage conservation, From the aspects of policy regulation, publicity and education, fund guarantee and public participation, the author puts forward concrete measures to promote the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage in Tangjiawan town.
