摘 要:采用浸渍法制备有机胺功能化Al_2O_3二氧化碳吸附剂,利用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、FT-IR和热重分析等方法对样品进行表征,在固定床反应器中评价吸附剂对模拟烟道气的CO2动态吸附性能,结果表明,有机胺活性组分负载到Al_2O_3载体介孔孔道内,四乙烯五胺(负载量20%)Al2O3样品具有最高的穿透吸附活性68.3 mg/g,经20次吸附-脱附循环实验其吸附活性仅下降6.7%,因此该吸附剂在烟道气捕集CO_2具有较高的工业应用价值.A series of organic amine-functionalized γ-Al2O3 as CO2 adsorbent were prepared by wet impregna.tion method.The as-prepared adsorbents were characterized by XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,FT-IRand thermogravimetric(TG)analyses.The dynamic adsorption of CO2 for organic amine-functionalized Al2O3was performed in a fixed-bed reactor using a simulated flue gas(15.1% CO2/84.9% N2). It was confirmed that the amine was loaded on the surface of channels in the support.The tetraethylenepentamine-functional.ized(20%)Al2O3 sample exhibited the largest CO2 uptake(68.3 mg/g)at atmospheric pressure and showedstable adsorption- desorption behavior during 20 consecutive test cycles.These results suggest that the TE.PA-20 adsorbent is a promising adsorbent for CO2 capture form flue gas.
