穴位敷贴联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后POP疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究穴位敷贴联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底器官脱垂(POP)的疗效。方法选择医院收治的86例产后POP患者,随机分为两组,其中观察组43例采用穴位敷贴联合生物反馈电刺激,对照组43例采用生物反馈电刺激治疗。对比两组治疗后临床症状和肌力变化及中医证候疗效等情况。结果治疗后,两组临床症状积分和中医证候积分均显著降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组盆底肌肉收缩持续时间、收缩次数均显著增加,且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组POP-Q分度均降低,且观察组0度比例为53.49%,显著高于对照组的37.21%(P<0.05)。结论产后POP患者采用穴位敷贴联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,能够显著改善临床症状,增强盆底肌肉收缩能力,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effects of acupoint application combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse （POP）. Methods A total of 86 patients with postpartum POP treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups （n=43, respectively）. The observation group w,as treated ＂with acupoint application combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation only. The clinical symptoms and muscle strength as well as the curative effects of TCM syndromes after the treatment were compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The duration and number of contraction of pelvic floor muscles in the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）;the POP-Q scores in the two groups all decreased, and the ratio at 0 degrees in the observation group was 53.49%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （37.21%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with postpartum POP, acupoint application combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the contractile ability of the pelvic floor muscles, and improve the clinical efficacy. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
