米力农对脓毒性心肌损伤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察米力农对脓毒性心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月~2017年12月ICU收治的脓毒性心肌损伤患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用抗感染、液体复苏、营养支持等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予米力农。于第4天检测左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、B型脑利钠尿肽(BNP)指标。结果观察组在LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF心功能改善上明显优于对照组,且c TnⅠ、NT-Pro BNP、CK-MB指标降低程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农对脓毒症心肌损伤具有保护作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of milrinone on septic myocardial injury. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, 90 patientswith septic myocardial injury of ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （n = 45） and control group （n = 45）. The control group was treated with anti-infection, fluid resuscitation and nutritional support, while the observation group was treated with milrinone on the basis of the theraphy of the control group. Left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD）, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension （LVEDD） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, cardiac troponin I （cTnI）, creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB） and B brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） indicators were measured on the 4th day. Results The improvement of cardiac function of LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the indexes of cTnⅠ, NT-ProBNP and CK-MB were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Milrinone could help to do the protective effect on myocardial injury of sepsis.
