舒芬太尼用于术后镇痛的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼用于术后镇痛的效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月收治的200例硬膜外术后镇痛患者,按照手术后镇痛药物不同均分成对照组和试验组。对照组患者接受吗啡镇痛,试验组患者接受舒芬太尼镇痛,对比两组患者的镇痛效果以及不良反应。结果两组患者均取得较好的镇痛效果。试验组的镇痛效果优于对照组,同时不良反应发生率为6%,低于对照组的40%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼在术后镇痛应用中效果确切,同时具有不良反应少和安全性强等优势。Objective To evaluation of sufentanil for postoperative analgesia. Methods 200 cases of patients with postoperative analgesia after epidural surgerya during 2016/1 -2017/1 in this hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different narcotic drugs. The control group received morphine analgesia, and the experimental group received sufentanil for analgesia, and compared the analgesic effect and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results The two groups of patients had better analgesic effect. The analgesic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reaction was 6%, which was lower than that of the control group（40%）, and the difference wassignificant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sufentanil has a prominent effect in the postoperative analgesia, at the same time, it has the advantages of less adverse reaction and safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
