螺旋CT和MR联合检测在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT和MR联合检测在女性盆腔囊性病变中的诊断价值。方法选取2015年2月~2017年8月在我院经手术病理证实了的100例女性盆腔囊性病变患者,术前进行螺旋CT和MR联合检测的患者设为观察组,单独进行螺旋CT检查的患者设为对照组比较两组患者术前诊断的准确率。结果观察组32例患者定位诊断准确率(31/32)96.88%,定性诊断准确率(30/32)93.75%;对照组68例患者定位诊断准确率(64/68)94.12%,定性诊断准确率(52/68)76.47%;两组患者定位诊断准确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的定性诊断准确率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT和MR联合检测能提高女性盆腔囊性病变的诊断准确率,对于单独螺旋CT诊断不明确的应联合MR共同检查,以提高术前定性诊断准确率。Objective To figure out application value of Spiral CT combined with MR examination in diagnosis of female pelvic cystic disease compare to single spiral CT. Methods To analyze the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis for 100 female patients, which were affirmed pelvic cystic disease by postoperative pathological diagnosis retrospectively. According to the method of preoperative radioactive examination, all patients were divided to observation group and control group. Results The accuracy of localization and qualitative diagnosis of observation group,including 32 patients, were（31/32）96.88%,（30/32）93.75% respectively, compared with （64/68）94.12%,（52/68）76.47% respectively of the control group, which include 68 patients. There weren’t statistical significance for localization diagnosis but qualitative diagnosis for the two group. Conclusion The method of spiral CT combined with MR examination can elevate the accuracy of diagnosis for female pelvic cystic disease.
