摘  要:【目的】研究湄洲湾海域贝类重金属污染状况,评价其健康风险。【方法】测定湄洲湾海域长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)、缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)、菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)、毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)、文蛤(Meretrix meretrix)等5种贝类中的Pb、Cd、无机As、Cr、Hg、Cu含量,对其进行Pearson相关性分析。采用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法评价5种贝类的健康风险。【结果】Hg与Cu之间存在有统计学意义的正相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.923,其他各元素间相关性则无统计学意义;Pb、Cd、无机As、Cr、Hg、Cu的平均含量均未超过食品中污染物限量,5种贝类的综合污染指数为0.28~0.35;5种贝类的复合目标危害系数TTHQ值为0.370~0.532,均小于1。【结论】湄洲湾海域5种贝类均未受重金属污染,重金属暴露的健康风险较低。【Objective】To investigate heavy metal pollution situation of shellfish and assess the health risk to people after shellfish consumption. 【Method】Pb, Cd, As, Cr, Hg, Cu contents in Crassostrea gigas, Sinonovacula constricta, Ruditapes philippinarum, Scapharca subcrenata and Meretrix meretrixfrom Meizhou Bay were measured. A pearson correlation analysis on different heavy metals against different shellfishes was implemented based on the analysis data. Single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index were adopted to evaluate the health risk of five shellfish. 【Result】 There was distinct positive correlation between Hg and Cu(P0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.923, while there was no significant correlation among the other elements. All the contents of Pb, Cd, inorganic As, Cr, Hg, Cu did not exceed the corresponding limit values of food. The comprehensive pollution indexes in five kinds of farmed shellfish were in the range of 0.28 – 0.35. The TTHQ values were in the range of 0.370 – 0.532, less than 1.【Conclusion】The five kinds of shellfish had not been polluted by heavy metal. Their consumption should pose a low health risk for heavy metal exposure.
