摘  要:整台纸机的设计按其车速、定量等关键参数进行不同部件的配置,在配置时一般留出一定的富余量。但实际开机生产中,操作车速一旦超过设计车速,会有一些问题出现。本案例显示,由于实际操作超出了设计车速时,网部成形、脱水能力不能满足超产的需要,不得不提高上网浓度和降低唇板的开度。这严重偏离了流浆箱相应的最优设计参数,造成纸页成形不良,到压榨部压辊振动加大,导致纸页经过压区后形成斑马纹。The paper machine is confgured according to its key parameters such as operation speed, basis weight of paper, etc. A certain amount of surplus is usually set aside in the confguration. But in the daily production, there will be some operational problems once the operation speed exceeds the designed speed with a paper machine. Therefore, we have to lift the slurry consistency and lower the openness of the slices to make up the defciency in forming and dehydration capacity in wire part, in order to meet the need of overproduction. This will seriously deviated from the designed parameters of headbox and leads to sheet deformity and vibration in the press section, which fnally results in the wrinkles defect on paper sheet.
