功能锻炼视频教育在胫骨平台骨折围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：观察功能锻炼视频教育在胫骨平台骨折围手术期的临床应用效果。方法：选择本院进行手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者131例，随机分为2组。对照组65例进行口头讲述、功能锻炼动作示范及发放宣传单进行健康教育，观察组66例在对照组的基础上增加功能锻炼视频进行健康教育，以Barthel指数、HSS膝关节功能评分和教育内容掌握程度评价这些健康教育在2组患者中的应用效果。结果：与对照组比较，观察组在术后1周和术后2周教育内容掌握者均明显增加（P〈0．05），在术后1周和术后2周Barthel指数改善更显著（P〈0．05），在术后1个月和术后2个月的HSS膝关节功能评分均明显增加（P〈0．05）。结论：功能锻炼视频教育具有直观、通俗易懂和可重复播放的特性，有利于加强护患双方之间的沟通，对胫骨平台骨折患者围手术期的康复具有较好的效果。Objective： To observe the clinical application effects of the video educations about the functional training in the periopera- tive period of tibial plateau fracture. Methods： The 131 cases patients of the tibial plateau fracture in this hospital doing operation were selected and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was 65 cases and was educated in health by in speech, the action modeling of the functional training and to distribute the leaflet. The observation group was 66 cases and was educated in health by to add the videos of the functional training on the basis of control group. The application effects of health educations in two groups were evaluated through the Barthel indexes, the hospital for special surgery （HSS） knee joint activity scores and the mastery degree of educated contents. Results： The patients of the mastered educated contents were evidently increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the improvements of the Barthel indexes were more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ） after operation first week and second week, the HSS knee joint scores were evidently increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） after operation first month and second month for observation group in contrast to the control group. Conclusions： The video educations of the functional training have the features of direct - viewing, popular and easy to understand, could repeat to play. This is in favor of com- munication between the two parties for the nurses and patients. It has a better effect on the recovery of the patients in the perioperative pe- riod of the tibial plateau fracture.
