摘　　要：变应性鼻炎作为一种高发性鼻黏膜非感染性慢性炎症性疾病，严重影响着患者的身心健康。由于其病因复杂及相关因素颇多，使临床诊断和治疗难度加大，患者对治疗结局满意度不高。本文旨在通过对国内外关于变应性鼻炎发病相关因素研究文献的回顾，分析其发病相关因素，为变应性鼻炎的诊断和治疗提供依据。As a chronic nasal mucosa noninfectious inflammatory disease with high mobility, the allergic rhinitis seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. The difficulty of clinical diagnosis and management is quite annoying due to its complicated etiology and related factors and the patients are not satisfied with the outcome of the treatments. The purpose of this article is to analyze the related factors of the allergic rhinitis and to provide some evidences for the diagnosing and management of the allergic rhinitis by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures.
