归肾丸联合芬吗通对卵巢储备功能低下性不孕患者促排卵效果及性激素水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨归肾丸联合芬吗通对卵巢储备功能低下性不孕患者促排卵效果及性激素水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年12月收治的62例卵巢储备功能低下性不孕患者,将62例患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组31例。对照组患者采用芬吗通治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用归肾丸进行治疗。比较二组患者促排卵效果、性激素水平变化情况及不良反应。结果二组患者月经第3天、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮、黄体生成素(LH)水平存在明显差异,观察组患者月经第3天E2、睾酮水平明显高于对照组,FSH、LH低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组月经HCG日FSH、E2指标水平明显高于对照组,LH低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,二组患者窦卵泡个数、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)较治疗前明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后窦卵泡个数、PSV明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者成功促排卵率为87.09%,明显高于对照组(61.29%)(P<0.05)。结论归肾丸联合芬吗通可有效改善卵巢储备功能低下性不孕患者促排卵效果及性激素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Guishen pill combined with Femoston on ovulation induction effect and sex hormone level in patients with decreasing ovarian reserve（DOR）.Methods Sixty-two DOR patients admitted in author＇s hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,each with 31 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with Femoston,while the observation group was treated with Guishen pill on the basis of the control group.The ovulation induction effect,sex hormone levels and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results The level of FSH,E2,testosterone and LH on the day 3 of menses cycle（C3）and the day of HCG administration of the two group showed a significant difference,and the level of E2 and testosterone on C3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,while the level of FSH and LH on C3 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of FSH、E2 on the day of HCG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the ovarian volume and PSV in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The successful ovulation rate of the patients in the observation group was 87.09%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（61.29%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guishen pill combined with Femoston can significantly ameliorate the ovulation induction effect and sex hormone levels in DOR patients.
