基于奥马哈系统的延续护理对手部烧伤患者身心健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于奥马哈系统的延续护理干预对手部烧伤患者功能康复、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月该院收治的106例手部烧伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组53例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合基于奥马哈系统的延续护理干预,二组均护理12周,比较二组功能康复情况、负性情绪以及生活质量。结果(1)观察组护理后SAS、SDA评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组护理后功能康复评价指标改善程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组护理后BSHS-A各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于奥马哈系统的延续护理干预可促进手部烧伤患者的手部功能恢复,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on Omaha system on functional rehabilitation,negative emotion and quality of life in the patients with hand burn.Methods One hundred and six cases with hand burn in author＇s hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected.According to the random number table,the cases were randomly divided into control group and study group with53 cases in each group.The cases in the control group received routine nursing care,while the cases in the study group received continuous nursing intervention based on the Omaha system.The two groups were nursing for 12 weeks.The functional rehabilitation,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDA score in the study group were lower than that in the control group;the improvement of rehabilitation evaluation indicators of the study group were greater than those of the control group;and the BSHS-A scores of the study group were also significantly higher than those of the control group,all the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention based on the Omaha system can promote hand function recovery of patients with hand burn,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.
