综合血液净化对慢性肾功能衰竭患者p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合血液净化对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者p66Shc蛋白、可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶受体1(sFlt-1)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在该院接受维持性血液透析>3个月的108例CRF患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为血液透析组(HD组)、血液透析+血液滤过组(HD+HF组)和血液透析+血液滤过+血液灌流组(HD+HF+HP组),每组36例。比较三组入组前、入组后6个月和12个月的p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1水平。结果三组入组后6个月、12个月血清p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1水平均明显低于入组前(P<0.05),HD+HF+HP组入组后6个月、12个月血清p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1水平均明显低于HD组和HD+HF组(P<0.05),HD+HF组入组后6个月、12个月血清p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1水平均明显低于HD组(P<0.05)。结论综合血液净化可有效降低CRF患者体内血清p66Shc蛋白、sFlt-1和TIMP-1水平。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive blood purification on p66Shc protein,soluble Fins - like tyrosinekinase- 1 （ sFlt - 1） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase - 1 （ TIMP - 1 ） in patients with chronic renal failure （CRF）.Methods A total of 108 CRF patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis 〉3 months in author＇s hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and equally divided into three groups,namely hemodialysis group （group HD）, hemodialysis ＋ hemofiltration group （ group HD ＋ HF） and hemodialysis ＋ hemofiltration ＋ hemoperfusion group （group HD ＋ HF ＋ HP）.The levels of p66Shc protein, sFlt- 1 and TIMP- 1 were compared among the three groups before and 6 months and 12 months after treatment.Results The levels of p66Shc protein,sFlt- 1 and TIMP- 1 were significantly decreased at the post- treatment 6mon and 12mon （ P〈0.05 ）, moreover, the levels in three groups in a descending order were group HD ＋ HF ＋ HP,group HD ＋ HF and group HD （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive blood purification can effectively reduce serum p66Shc protein, sFlt-1 and TIMP-1 levels in patients with CRF.
