质监电子政务标准体系构建研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：本文在全面掌握国外先进国家电子政务应用现状和我国电子政务整体发展情况的基础上,以浙江省质监法人数据库为依托,从标准体系构建的必要性、标准体系的构建以及标准体系的应用与改进三方面着手,构建出浙江省质监系统电子政务标准体系,将对浙江省质监系统推进电子政务建设,开创质监工作新局面起到积极的推动作用。Based on fully grasping the current application situation of advanced e-government in foreign countries as well as the overall development of e-government in China, this article applies quality supervision legal persons of Zhejiang province as a database, constructs the standards system for e-government in Zhejiang quality supervision system in terms of the necessity, construction and application of the standards system, aiming to play a positive role in promoting the construction of e-government in Zhejiang quality supervision system and creating a new era for quality supervision work.
