摘 要:以核桃壳为原料,选用KOH高温干法活化工艺制备出了核桃壳基活性炭。研究了炭化温度、碱料比、活化时间、活化温度、酸洗工艺对核桃壳基活性炭碘吸附值的影响,并用正交试验确定了核桃壳基活性炭的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,在炭化温度为400℃,碱料比为3∶1,活化温度为600℃,活化时间为50min时制备的核桃壳基活性炭的碘吸附值最好,其碘吸附值为1393mg·g^(-1)。The walnut shell based activated carbon was prepared from walnut shell by KOH activation with high temperature. Influence of carbonization temperature, alkali/carbon ratio, activation time, activation temperature on the iodine sorption value of walnut shell based activated carbon effect were investigated. The preparation process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum iodine sorption value of walnut shell based activated carbon was obtained at carbonization temperature of 400℃, alkali/carbon ratio of 3 : 1, activation temperature of 600℃, activation time of 50 min, the iodine soiption value of walnut shell based activated carbon was 1393 mg·g-1.
