摘  要:目的建立消脂清肝颗粒剂的质量标准。方法对消脂清肝颗粒剂中丹参、枳实进行了薄层色谱鉴别实验,采用高效液相法测定丹酚酸B含量。结果丹酚酸B在2.7~18.9μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,精密度试验RSD值小于2%,有效成分8h内稳定,重现性较好,平均回收率在95%~105%之间,RSD值小于3%。结论该方法可以有效的控制消脂清肝颗粒剂的质量。Objective: Establish the quality standard of Xiaozhiqinggan granules. Methods: Thin-layer chroatography was used to discriminate Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., Fructus Aurantii and Radix Paeoniae Alba in the Xiaozhi Qinggan granules. Salvianolic acid B content was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the content of salvianolic acid B between 2.7 and 18.9μg. The RSD value of the precision test was less than 2%. The active ingredient was stable within 8 hours with good reproducibility. The average recovery was 95%-105%, the RSD value is less than 3%. Conclusion: This method can effectively control the quality of Xiaozhiqinggan granules.
