摘 要:建立了一种用于测定车内15种醛酮类化合物的液相色谱分析方法。通过DNPH采样管使醛酮类化合物形成稳定的腙类化合物,用乙腈洗脱后在HPLC上进行定性定量分析。15种醛酮化合物在0.03~0.18μg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均在0.995以上。方法的平均回收率为87.3%~118.6%,精密度RSD值为0.48%~3.83%,检出限为0.001~0.014 mg·m^(-3)。本方法对丙烯醛和丙酮进行了有效分离,可以用于车内醛酮类化合物的测定。This research aims to find a liquid chromatography method for the determination of 15 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in vehicles. A stable hydrazone compound is formed by using theDNPH sampling tube, then the qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted on HPLC aftereluting with acetonitrile.Fifteen kinds of aldehydes and ketones compounds were linear in theconeentration range of 0.03-0.18μg· mL-1, and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.995.The average recovery rate of this method was 87.3%-118.6%, and the precision RSD value was 0.48%-3.83%, and the detection limit was 0.001-0.014mg·m-3.This method is effeetivein separation of acrolein and acetone, and can be used for determination of aldehydes and ketonesin vehicles.
