摘  要:地处鄂尔多斯盆地长庆油田属于典型的低渗、超低渗储层,目前储层改造所使用的胍胶类压裂液破胶后残渣含量高,储层伤害率高,一定程度上影响了储层改造效果。本文结合长庆低渗透储层特征,采用有机聚合物作为稠化剂,配套形成了一种适合于长庆低渗透储层的非交联缔合结构压裂液,该体系稠化剂增粘能力强,耐温耐剪切效果好,破胶后残渣含量低100mg·L^(-1),岩心基质渗透率伤害小于10%,体系性能良好。该非交联缔合结构型压裂液在长庆油田重点区块现场试验16层段,试采日产油达20t·d^(-1)以上,改造效果明显,表现出良好的适用性。The Changqing Oilfield, which is located in the Ordos Basin, belongs to the typical low permeability and ultra low permeability reservoir. The current level of the guanidine cement fracturing fluid used in the reservoir reconstruction is high, the damage rate of the reservoir is high and the influence is high Reservoir reconstruction effect. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of Changqing low permeability reservoir, the organic polymer is used as the thickening agent to form a noncrosslinked association fracturing fluid suitable for the low permeability reservoir of Changqing. Strong ability, good resistance to shear resistance, breaking the residue after the low 100mg·L-1, core matrix permeability damage less than 10%, the system performance is good. The non - cross - linked association fracturing fluid in the Changqing Oilfield key block field test 16 - layer, test mining Nissan oil up to 20t·d-1 above, the transformation effect is obvious, showing good applicability.
