摘  要:五味子是一种著名而珍贵的中国传统药物,多糖是广泛存在于动植物和微生物细胞中的重要的生物大分子物质,是构成生命活动的四大基本物质之一。近年来许多研究表明,五味子多糖具有保肝、免疫调节、抗氧化、镇咳和抗疲劳等广泛的药理作用。本文综述五味子多糖药理作用的研究进展,为进一步研究开发五味子提供理论依据。Schisandra Chinensis is a famous and precious Chinese traditional medicine, polysaccharides are important biomaeromolecules that are widely found in animal, plant and microbial cells and constitute one of the four basic substances that make up the life activities. In recent years, many studies have shown that Schisandra Chiuensis polysacchafide has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as liver protection, immune regulation, antioxidative, antitussive and antifatigue. The pharmacological activities of polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis are reviewed in this paper, in order to provide theoretical foundation for further development.
