摘  要:文章总结了钙钛矿太阳电池材料失稳的起源及相应的解决方案。描述了现有解决方案的优缺点,为工艺人员提供了解决钙钛矿材料失稳的大致方向。分析了钙钛矿太阳电池市场化应用前景。指出了钙钛矿太阳电池与传统太阳电池不同的商业化思路。In this paper, the origin and the corresponding solution of the instability for perovskite solar cell material was summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing solutions are described, and the general direction of the instability of perovskite materials is provided for the technologists.The application prospect of the solar cell of perovskite is analyzed.The different commercialization ideas of the perovskite solar cell for the traditional solar cell were pointed out.
