摘　　要：本文详细介绍了采用熔融共混法,将PP、玻纤、滑石粉以及其他助剂通过双螺杆共混、挤出、造粒,制得性能优异的汽车仪表盘、保险杠专用PP改性材料。深入探讨了不同组分加入量条件下对于复合材料性能的影响,最终制备出性能优异的汽车专用改性PP复合材料。In this paper, it was introduced in detail that thepolypropylene, glass, talcum powder and other additivesare mixed, extruded and granulated throughthe twin screw extruder by means of the melt blending extrusion and the the specially modified PP materials with excellent properties for dashboards and bumpers are obtained finally. The influence of different additive amount of the components on the properties of the PP composite materials is discussed deeply.Finally, the modified PP composite materials with excellent performance were obtained.
