摘　　要：目的:探讨粗细输尿管镜联合治疗输尿管中下段石街的疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析2008年4月~2017年4月我院利用输尿管镜治疗输尿管中下段石街79例患者的临床资料,其中行粗细输尿管镜联合冲出石街的患者36例(双镜组),行单纯输尿管镜碎石取石的患者43例(单镜组),比较两组患者手术情况及手术并发症。结果:双镜组较单镜组手术时间短,清石率高,住院时间短,术后发热发生率低(P<0.05)。结论:用粗细输尿管镜联合处理输尿管中下段石街,可以减少输尿管损伤,有效缩短手术时间,结石清除率高,术后并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of thick ureteroscopy combined with fine ureteroscopy in the treatment of steinstrasse in middle or lower ureter.Method：Collected clinical data of 79 patients diagnosed as ureteral steinstrasse treated with ureteroscopy from April 2008 to April 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed.Thick ureteroscopy combined with fine ureteroscopy was performed in 36 patients as double lens group,and the rest were set as single lens group.We compared two groups of patients in surgery and postoperative complications.Result：Thick ureteroscopy combined with fine ureteroscopy in the treatment of steinstrasse showed shorter operation time,higher stone clearance rate,shorter hospitalization time and lower postoperative fever incidence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thick ureteroscopy combined with fine ureteroscopy in the treatment of steinstrasse can reduce the injury of ureter,effectively shorten the operation time,enhance stone clearance rate and lower complications,so it＇s safe and worthy of promotion.
