摘 要:为抑制中子小角散射实验中伴随γ辐射的影响,研究弱散射能力中子辐照样品在不同实验条件下探测器获取的散射信号。结果表明:通过适当降低探测器的阳极工作电压,伴随γ辐射信号在全背底中的贡献比例降低,二维散射图谱环向均匀性大幅提升,散射信号的信噪比明显提高;根据辐照样品特性优选探测器阳极工作电压,可抑制伴随γ辐射的影响,改善样品的散射数据质量。In order to reduce the influence of γ- measurements of γ signal and neutron scattering signal states. The result shows: by properly decreasing signal in the whole background is decreased, the patterns is improved, and the specimen's signal ray in small angle scattering experiments, the of irradiated specimens are performed at different anode voltage of detector, the contribution ratio of γcircularly uniformity of the two-dimensional scattering to noise ratio is obviously increased. To chose anode vohage by characteristics of samples, the influence of γ signal can be effectively suppressed, moreover, the quality of the SANS curve is significantly improved.
