摘 要:近年来,重型汽车在增加车桥轴数的同时,多数采用能平衡各轴负载的机构的非独立式平衡悬架机构。平衡轴和悬架联接由于有相应的过盈量,故采用机械压入。但过盈量大小也对产品使用寿命和质量产生影响。论文介绍了过盈联接的设计内容及计算假设,并对传递载荷所需的最小过盈量和不产生塑性变形允许的最大有效过盈量进行计算,为平衡轴和悬架的选择提供依据。In recent years, in order to improve the number of axle shaft of heavy vehicles, we usually use the non-independent balancing suspension mechanism, which can balance the load mechanism of each shaft. The balance shaft and suspension connection have the corresponding interference amount, so mechanical pressure is used. But the size of interference also influences the life and quality of the product.This paper introduces the design content and computational assumption of interference fit, and calculates the minimum interference for transmitting load and the maximum effective interference for no plastic deformation, to provide basis for the selection of balance shaft and suspension connection.
