蒸压加气混凝土应变率效应试验研究

摘　　要：对密度为425,525,625 kg/m^3的三种蒸压加气混凝土标准圆柱体（φ50 mm×100 mm）试件进行在10^-5,10^-4,10^-3,10^-2s^-1等4个不同应变率下的单轴进行受压试验,获得了60组有效试验数据。试验采用MTS公司生产的CDT1504型电机伺服系统进行加载和数据采集,结合东华测试仪器厂的DH8302信号测试分析系统进行应变数据采集。试验获得了不同密度、不同加载速率下蒸压加气混凝土的单轴受压应力-应变曲线和应变-时间曲线,并对峰值应力和峰值应变的单轴受压的破坏过程、峰值应力、弹性模量的试验确定、应变率敏感性等问题进行了分析。研究结果表明,加载速率对蒸压加气混凝土的单轴受压应力-应变曲线的影响明显,蒸压加气混凝土的抗压强度具有明显的应变率敏感性,峰值应变受加载速率和混凝土密度的影响均较为明显。In this investigation,a total of 60 cylindrical specimens with densities of 425,525,and 625 kg/m^3,subjected to uniaxial compression were tested,under four different strain rates ranging from 10^-5 to 10^-2 s^-1. The experiments were conducted on the MTS-CDT1504 testing system and about 15 specimens designed and casted in the same condition were tested for every set of case,and the strain data were collected by the DH8302 signal test and analysis system. The uniaxial compression stress-strain curves and strain-time curves of autoclaved aerated concrete at different densities and loading rates were obtained,as well as the statistical characteristic values of compressive stress and peak strain of autoclaved aerated concrete. The results indicated that loading rate had a significant influence on the stress-strain mean value curves of autoclaved aerated concrete,the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete was sensitivity to strain rate,and the peak strain was obviously affected by the loading rate and the density of concrete.
