摘  要:在三面围焊角焊缝的情况下,德国规范规定正面角焊缝加强,即正面角焊缝焊脚尺寸比侧面角焊缝焊脚尺寸要大,并在正面角焊缝和侧面角焊缝相邻部分增加一个侧面角焊缝过渡段进行加强。该过渡段是在侧面角焊缝计算长度之外,不考虑受力。为此,设计了18个Q235钢材双盖板加强型角焊缝和6个使用中国规范构造要求设计的角焊缝,在搭接板类节点中进行受力状态和承载力的对比分析。使用ANSYS进行对双盖板三面围焊角焊缝轴向拉伸性能的研究,包括荷载-位移曲线、破坏现象、应力集中等。结果表明:按照德国规范设计的角焊缝承载力更大,应力分布更均匀,出现应力集中情况较少,延缓了焊缝段的破坏,正面角焊缝和侧面角焊缝的过渡加强段几乎同时达到破环,有效利用了侧面角焊缝的强度。因此,局部加强的三面围焊角焊缝能够一定程度地提高三面围焊的力学性能。For three sides girth fillet welding,Code for Design of Steel Structures( DIN 18800-1) by German regulated that the transverse fillet welding should be strengthened,which means that the fillet weld size of transverse weld is larger than longitudinal welds. Transition reinforcement segments of longitudinal welds are needed in the adjacent section between transverse weld and longitudinal welds. Transition reinforcement segments of longitudinal welds are not within the calculated and without carrying capacity. Therefore,24 double cover plate fillet welding models for Q235 steel are designed in this paper,including 18 reinforced fillet welding models and 6 fillet welding models designed by Chinese code. Axial tensile properties of three sides girth fillet welding of double cover plates were studied by ANSYS, including the load-displacement curves、failure phenomena、stresses concentration. It shows that locally strengthened models by German code have better loading capacities. The stress distribution is more uniform and there are hardly stresses concentration,thereby the damage of the welding is delayed. The transverse fillet welding and transition reinforcement segments of the longitudinal welds are broken almost at the same time,which effectively utilizes the strength of the longitudinal fillet welds. Therefore,in a certain range,the locally strengthened fillet welding can improve the mechanical properties of the three sides girth welding.
