预应力钢带加固火灾后型钢混凝土柱抗震性能试验研究  被引量:3

摘  要:通过2个火灾后经预应力钢带加固的型钢混凝土柱(RSRCF)与4个未加固的型钢混凝土柱(2个常温型钢混凝土柱(SRC)和2个火灾后的型钢混凝土柱(SRCF))的对比试验,研究预应力钢带加固抗震性能修复的有效性。试验结果表明:经预应力钢带加固后,试件的承载力较火灾后有明显提高,甚至能够恢复到常温水平;刚度较火灾后有所提高,且刚度退化变缓慢;延性较常温及火灾后试件有一定提高,加固试件有更好的伸展能力;此外与常温及火灾后试件相比,加固试件承载力达到最大值后下降速度更缓慢;最后结合钢构套加固理论,推导出预应力钢带加固抗剪承载力公式,发生剪切黏结破坏的试件计算值与试验值基本吻合。Under quasi-static loading,two steel reinforced concrete columns after fire strengthened by prestressed steel strip( RSRCF) were compared with 4 unreinforced steel reinforced concrete( SRC) columns( including 2 SRC columns at room temperature and 2 SRC columns after fire),in order to study the effectiveness of seismic behavior repair of prestressed steel strip. The results showed that: for RSRCF columns,their bearing capacity was improved obviously compared with that after fire,and the specimen could be restored to the level at room temperature; the stiffness was improved slightly compared to the unreinforced SRC columns after fire,and the stiffness degradation was also slowing down. The ductility was improved compared to the unreinforced SRC columns at room temperature and after fire; for RSRCF columns,the bearing capacity declined more slowly when the bearing capacity reached the maximum,and the stiffness degradation also declined more slowly compared with the unreinforced SRC columns at room temperature and after fire. Finally,according to the theory of steel sleeve reinforcement,the formula of shear bearing capacity of RSRCF column was deduced. The calculated values of the specimen with shear bond failure were basically consistent with the experimental values.
