颗粒状载银珊瑚礁石的制备和它的灭菌性能研究

摘　　要：介绍了载银珊瑚礁粒的制备工艺。经过粉碎、氢氧化钠溶液洗涤、干热灭菌、减压浸渍载银和抗坏血酸还原处理后得到颗粒状载银礁粒。该材料 (w(Ag) =3 .3 mg/ g)能有效抑制大肠杆菌生长 ,与浓度 1 .8× 1 0 5个 / m L菌液接触 2 4h灭菌率可达 1 0 0 %。The preparation process of granular coral reef carrying Ag is introduced.The granular coral reef Ag can be obtained after coarl reef being crushed,washed with NaOH solution,dried and disinfected,soaked Ag + under a low pressure,and the Ag +reduced to Ag in ascorbic acid.This material is effective to restrain the growth of Escherichia coli.The disinfection ratio is close to 100% after it being put into a bacteria bearing solution(1.8×10 5cell/mL)for 24 h.
