摘 要:目的研究维生素D3对氟中毒大鼠的血清氟和尿氟的影响。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,实验周期为3个月。对照组自由饮用自来水。染氟组自由饮用浓度100 mg/L的含氟水。维生素D3干预组自由饮用浓度100 mg/L的含氟水,并每天给予维生素D3 5μg/kg。实验3个月后采用氟离子选择电极法检测血清氟和尿氟的含量。结果染氟组和维生素D3干预组大鼠血清氟尿氟明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);维生素D3干预组血清氟高于染氟组,尿氟明显低于染氟组(P <0. 05)。结论维生素D3能引起氟中毒大鼠血清氟和尿氟的明显改变。Objective To research the influence of vitamin D3 on the fluorosis rats about the serum and urine fluoride. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, ten rats in each group. The period was three months. Control group was fed with tap water; Dye fluoride group was fed with 100 mg/L F- in drinking water; Vitamin D3 interfering group was given vitamin D3 5 μg/kg daily per rat and 100 mg/L F- in drinking water. The flu- oride contents of serum and urine were detected by fluorine ion selective electrode method in the end of the 3 months experimental periods. Results The dye fluoride group and vitamin D3 interfering group was much higher than control group in the fluoride content of serum and urine (P 〈 0. 05). The contents of fluoride serum in vitamin D3 interfering group were increased as compared with the dye fluoride group, and the fluoride contents of urine were markedly de- creased (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Vitamin D3 can cause the fluoride content of serum and u- rine marked changes in fluorosis rats.
