中国医院洁净手术部管理现状及存在的问题

摘　　要：目的了解国内医院洁净手术部管理现状,为加强洁净手术室管理提供参考。方法通过文献资料检索方法,对2009-2017年国内医院洁净手术部相关文献进行调查与分析。结果连续9年文献资料调查显示,国内医院洁净手术部质量管理平均合格率波动在84.00%~95.00%之间,手术室空气洁净度总平均合格率为89.94%。手术室微小气候监测结果中,风速总平均合格率为77.46%,换气次数总平均合格率为84.16%,静压差总平均合格率为76.87%,温度总平均合格率为92.79%,相对湿度总平均合格率为84.82%,噪音总平均合格率为87.50%,照度总平均合格率为91.75%,细菌浓度总平均合格率为87.60%。结论国内医院洁净手术部质量管理有待提高,多数洁净指标存在不合格现象,应加强管理和维护。Objective To know the management situation of clean operating rooms in hospitals, and to provide the basis for scientific management. Methods The documents of the hospital clean operating department that published in year 2009 - 2017 ,were analyzed by the method of document retrieval. Results A survey of literature data for 9 consecutive years showed that the average qualified rate of quality management in the domestic hospital cleansing department fluctuated be- tween 84.00% and 95.00%. The average rate of air cleanliness in the operating room and the wind speed was 89.94% and 77.46% ,respectively. The average air change pass rate was 84.16% and the average pass rate of static pressure difference was 76.87%. The average pass rate of temperature ,the relative humidity, the noise, the illumination and the bacterial con- centration was 92.79% ,84.82% ,87.50% ,91.75%, and 87.60% respectively. Conclusion Most of clean indicators in hospital clean operation rooms in China are unqualified, so we must further strengthen management and maintenance.
