银川市某三甲医院2011-2016年消毒效果监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解银川市某三甲医院消毒质量状况,分析消毒灭菌工作中的薄弱环节。方法采取现场采样检测方法,对医院内消毒效果进行监测。结果 2011-2016年共采样6 916份,合格6 524份,总体合格率为94.3%。除2011年合格率较低(87.9%)外,其余各年份合格率均>95.0%。室内空气、环境物体表面、透析用水、外科手消毒和卫生手消毒合格率均>93.0%;内镜灭菌消毒合格率较低,为84.6%。不同环境类别的室内空气及医务人员手卫生合格率均存在差异,其中Ⅰ类环境的室内空气和医务人员手卫生合格率均最高,分别为98.8%和95.5%;Ⅳ类环境最低,分别为85.5%和84.5%。结论该三甲医院消毒效果总体保持良好,今后应加强内镜消毒和Ⅱ类环境空气质量管理。Objective To know the disinfection quality of a hospital in Yinchuan City, and to analyze weak links in disin- fection and sterilization work. Methods Using field sampling method to monitor the disinfection effect of the hospital from year 2011 to 2016. Results 6 524 samples were qualified in 6919 collected samples, and the qualified rate was 94.3%. Except for the qualified rate in year 2011 （87.9%） ,the rates in year 2012 -2016 all exceeded 95.0%. The qualified rates of indoor air, environmental objects surface, dialysis water, surgical hand disinfection, and sanitation hand disinfection all surpassed 93.0% , except for the pass rate of endoscopic disinfection （84.6%）. The qualified rates between indoor air, san- itation hand disinfection and endoscopic disinfection were statistically different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The first level environment had the highest qualified rates in indoor air and sanitation hand disinfection （98.8 % and 95.5 % respectively）, while the fourth level environment had the lowest rates （85.5% and 84.5% respectively）. Conclusion The overall disinfection effect of this hospital remains well, and ongoing efforts are needed to improve the quality management in the second level air quality and endoscopic disinfection in the future.
