摘  要:以已鉴定的星星草(Puccinellia tenuiflora)根围优势菌种摩西管柄囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,FM)和根内根生囊霉(Rhizophagus intraradices,RI)为研究对象。将FM与RI接种到星星草根围80d后,进行盐碱处理11d,确定了形成共生体系后对其进行侵染率、菌根依赖性测定以及部分生理指标和离子含量测定,以探究星星草根围优势菌种对其耐盐碱性的影响及2种菌剂作用的差异性。结果表明:接种的RI和FM均能够与星星草植株形成菌根结构,并且对星星草的侵染率均很高,分别达到了80.86%和85.91%,在进行盐碱胁迫时均表现出了较强的菌根依赖性。在同一处理条件下,AM真菌能够显著降低星星草植株内相对电导率和脯氨酸含量,提高星星草对N、P、K 3种离子的吸收和利用。The identification of the Puccinellia tenuiflorarhizosphere dominant species Funineliformis mosseae and Rhizophagus intraradices were taken as the research object.In order to investigate the effect of the two dominant fungi species on the salt and alkali tolerance of Puccinellia tenuiflora as well as their different effects.Funneliformis mosseae and Rhizophagus intraradices were purchased and inoculated with the rhizosphere of Puccinellia tenuiflora for 80 days,and were treated with salt and alkali for 11 days.After the formation of a symbiotic system,the infection rate,mycorrhizal dependence,some physiological indexes and ion contents were determined.The results indicated that Funneliformis mosseae and Rhizophagus intraradices could both form symbiosis with Puccinellia tenuiflora,the infection rate of which was very high and reached to 85.91% and 80.86%,respectively,showing strong mycorrhizal dependence during salt and alkali stress.Under the same stress conditions,AM fungi could significantly reduce the relative conductivity,proline content in the Puccinellia tenuiflora,increase the absorption and utilization of N,P and K ions.
