摘 要:应用CFD软件对循环圆直径为?650 mm的限矩型液力偶合器的全流场进行数值模拟,分析偶合器典型工况下的速度矢量、压力分布规律。通过对数值计算与实验数据进行对比分析,结果表明:数值计算与实验结果在原始特性的比较上存在一定的误差,在速比较低的情况下,误差较大,在同步工况时,数值计算与实验结果相一致。由符合煤炭标准的转矩系数与过载系数对限矩型液力偶合器的性能进行判定,研究结果对煤矿用限矩型液力偶合器的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。The torque limited hydrodynamic coupling with Ф650 mm circulatory circle of the flow field was simulated by CFD, the velocity vector and the pressure distribution on the typical working conditions of the hydrodynamic coupling were obtained. The computational results were compared with the experimental results. It indicates that the computational results and the experimental results in the comparison of original characteristic have certain error, the error was bigger in the case of low speed, the computational results had very good agreement with the experimental results under the designed working conditions. The performance of the torque limited hydrodynamic coupling was assessed by torque coefficient and the overload coefficient of coal standard. The results are of importance to the optimization of torque limited hydrodynamic coupling for coal mine.
