摘　　要：镐形截齿在实际生产过程中极易失效。根据截齿结构、材料选择和截割工况,以及生产现场失效调查统计结果,分析讨论了截齿失效的形式和原因,并提出了几点提高其工作性能的措施。In the actual production process, the conical bits are very easily invalid. First, it introduces the structure, material selection and cutting conditions of conical bits. Then, it not only analyzes and discusses the forms and reasons of the invalidation of the conical bits, but also comes up with some measures to improve their work performance according the statistics results from the production field.
