摘  要:通过功能化金纳米颗粒GSH@AuNPs的显色反应实现对Pb^(2+)的简单、快速以及灵敏的可视化以及定量检测。谷胱甘肽上的巯基为谷胱甘肽活性基团,当铅离子存在时,谷胱甘肽与之结合发生配位作用。巯基捕捉铅离子,形成稳定的配位结构,使得金纳米颗粒发生团聚,颜色由酒红色变为蓝色,实现了对铅离子的检测,并且具有良好的选择性,检测灵敏度达到0.05μmol/L。该方法简单便捷,同时实现了对实际样品水样中铅离子的检测。In this paper, a simple, fast and sensitive visualized and quantitative detection for Pb^2+ is realized through the color change of the functionalized gold nanoparticle GSH@ AuNPs.The --SH group is the active group on glutathione. There will be a coordination reaction between glutathione and Pb^2+ in the presence of Pb^2+.The --SH can capture Pb^2+ to form a stable coordination structure,which induces GSH@ AuNPs to aggregate, reflecting with a color change from claret to blue.The detection to Pb^2+ with the detection limit of 0.05 μmol·L^-1 is therefore realized.This method is simple and convenient, and can achieve the detection of Pb^2+ in lake water samole.
