摘　　要：围绕如何构建标准化、信息化与自动化深度融合的印制板组装智能制造生产线,结合印制板设计与制造过程中的先进经验和成果,在标准化设计、信息互联、自动化生产线及数字化车间等方面进行探讨,提高印制板组装过程的可制造性、生产效率和可靠性。Based on how to build the intelligent manufacturing line of printed board assembly for standardization, informatization and automation, combined with the advanced experience and achievements in the design and manufacture of printed board, it is discussed in the aspects of standardization design, information interconnection, automation production line and digital workshop, and the manufacturing, production efficiency and reliability of PCB assembly process can be improved.
