摘 要:为研究工程材料在室内模拟环境侵蚀实验结果与室外实际冲蚀环境下损伤结果的对应关系,通过实际风沙环境统计结果、沙尘浓度与下沙率的转化关系,在相似理论的基础上,提出风沙环境变量相似理论(SEMS).该理论可分析室外实际冲蚀环境和室内模拟冲蚀实验的变量(沙尘浓度、冲蚀速度)换算,求解出实际冲蚀时间和室内模拟冲蚀时间的比例关系,为室内模拟结果评估实际风沙环境中材料耐久性提供依据.以风沙环境中水泥砂浆耐久性为例分析了风沙环境变量相似理论的具体应用.In order to investigate corresponding relationship between the test results of engineering materials on the condition of sand erosion simulated in laboratory and the damaged findings in a real sand environment. Based on the Similarity Theories according to the classifications and characteristics of various sand weather systems and the corresponding relationship between dust and sand flow,this paper not only proposes a sand environment multivariate similarity theory( SEMS). SEMS calculated the similar ratio between outdoor erosion environmental parameters and indoor simulated erosion experimental parameters( dust concentration and erosion velocity)but also determinate proportions relationship of impact time between actual sand environment and indoor simulated experiment. The SEMS lays theoretical foundation for using the indoor experimental simulated results to estimate the durability of the materials in real wind sand environment. Take the example of the durability of cement mortar in the sand wind environment,this paper also explores the application of SEMS in reality.
