摘　　要：介绍火电厂冲灰管线的结垢机理、酸洗除垢的机理及主要风险因素,阐述几种常用的酸洗除垢方式,包括临时系统的安装情况及优缺点,冲灰管线酸洗终点的判断方法及结垢严重的预防措施,提出冲灰管线除垢的合理方式及有效改进意见。This paper describes the fouling mechanism,the mechanism of acid descaling and the main risk factors of the ash flushing pipelines in thermal power plants. Several commonly used methods of pickling and descaling are described,including the installation of temporary systems,their mutual advantages and disadvantages,the judgment method of the pickling end point and the preventive measures of serious fouling,put forward the reasonable way of cleaning the ash-removing pipeline and effective improvement suggestions.
