摘  要:综述国内外聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物的共聚聚合物和接枝聚合物两类物质的制备方法和阻垢缓蚀性能,归纳聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物结构和功能的特点,以图表法直观对比各类物质的优缺点;归纳总结四种阻垢机理和三种缓蚀机理的作用方式,并以聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物阻垢缓蚀性能检测的电镜、红外、腐蚀电位仪、动态阻垢模拟等测试数据为依托,通过分析论证,得出文中阻垢、缓蚀机理是正确的结论;最后,着眼于绿色化学理念,指出聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物的制备和阻垢缓蚀研究中许多需要探讨的问题,为其分子结构的改进和应用指明发展方向。Preparation methods and scale and corrosion inhibition performance were reviewed in this paper on Copolymers and grafted polymers of polyepoxysuccinic acid derivatives at home and abroad.The structure and the function characteristics of them were also summed up,and the advantages anddisadvantages of all kinds of material were compared with graphical methods. Four kinds of scale inhibition mechanism and three kinds of inhibition mechanism were summarized,and the scale corrosion mechanisms are corrected through the proof of test datas of electron microscope,infrared,corrosion voltmeter,dynamic scale simulation. Finally,many problems were pointed out on both the preparation and research of scale and corrosion inhibition performance of polyepoxysuccinic acid derivatives with a view to the idea of green chemistry,which indicates the development direction for its improvement and application of the molecular structure.
