摘　　要：股骨头软骨下功能不足性骨折是一种少见的临床疾病,可以是一种独立的疾病,也可以出现在其他疾病的过程中。股骨头软骨下骨折多见于骨量减少的老年人和活动量突然增加的青壮年。近年来,越来越多的文献报道该病,为了让临床医生对此病有更多的认识,本文将对股骨头软骨下骨折的病因、临床表现、影像学特征、治疗及预后做一综述。Subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head is a rare clinical condition, which can be an independent disease and also occurs in the process of other diseases. This clinical illness usually happens in the elderly with poor bone quality, or the young and the prime of life who has a rapid increase of physical activity not long ago. In recent years, more and more literatures have reported this disorder. In order to allow clinicians more aware of this disease, this article reviews the etiology, clinical manifestations, imaging features, treatment and prognosis of subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head.
