摘 要:用不同浓度的Fe Cl3·6H2O溶液对斜发沸石进行改性,制得铁改性斜发沸石(IMC),采用XRD、FTIR对改性前后的斜发沸石进行表征,消解后用原子吸收光谱仪对IMC表面负载铁量进行测定。以K(Sb O)C4H4O6·1/2H2O为Sb(Ⅲ)锑源、IMC为吸附剂,研究IMC对Sb(Ⅲ)的吸附去除效果。探讨了IMC载铁量、吸附时间、Sb(Ⅲ)初始质量浓度与吸附量的关系。结果表明:IMC对Sb(Ⅲ)的最大吸附量为天然斜发沸石的4倍以上;IMC对Sb(Ⅲ)的吸附量随载铁量的增加而增大;IMC50吸附Sb(Ⅲ)所需平衡时间约12 h;Elovich模型能较好反映吸附动力学过程,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量可达19.25 mg/g;IMC50吸附处理Sb(Ⅲ)后3 333 cm-1处羟基宽化特征峰、695 cm-1和642 cm-1处的Fe OOH特征峰强度明显降低,Sb(Ⅲ)与羟基氧化铁之间发生了化学作用。Modifying clinoptilolite with different concentration of FeCl3-6H2O solution, we obtained iron modified clinoptilolite (IMC), the clinoptilolite were characterized by XRD, FTIR before and after modified, after it digested then measured iron load content by atomic absorption spectrometer on the surface of IMC. The adsorption and removal effect on Sb(Ⅲ) of IMC with K(SbO)C4H4O6·1/2H2O as Sh(Ⅲ) antimony source and IMC as adsorbent were studied. Relationship between the iron load content of IMC, the adsorption time, the initial concentration of Sb (Ⅲ) and the adsorption capacity were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Sb(Ⅲ) by IMC increases with the increase of the amount of iron loaded; The maximum adsorption capacity of Sb(Ⅲ) by IMC is 4 times more than the natural clinoptilolite; IMC50 removing Sh(IH) until equilibrium state needs 12 hours; Elovich modle can reflect the adsorption kinetic process. The Langmuir isotherm was the best-fit adsorption isotherm model for the experimental data, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 19.25 mg/g; its intensity of hydroxyl bond adsorption characteristics .of wide peaks at 3 333 cm-1 after IMCs0 adsorbed Sb(Ⅲ), characteristics peaks of FeOOH at 695 cm-1 and 642 cm-1 decreased significantly, there is a chemical reaction between Sb (Ⅲ) and hydroxyl-oxide iron.
