摘  要:针对印尼油砂尾砂矿样,经XRD、XRF分析,在考察印尼尾砂矿物结构、化学组成的基础上,采用浮选的方法提纯碳酸钙。首先通过单矿物红外光谱及动电位测试,对十二胺浮选尾砂的机理进行分析;进一步研究了矿浆质量分数,浮选时间、pH值、十二胺用量对尾砂精矿产率和Ca CO3品位的影响;最后通过1次粗选、1次精选、2次扫选的闭路试验,获得了Ca CO3品位为83.84%的精矿产品,精矿产率为85.97%,回收率为96.08%。The object of this paper is milltailings of Indonesia's oil sand. The mineral structure, chemical composition of the crude ore have been analyzed by XRD, XRF. The condition tests have been carried out to research the effect of the slurry density and flotation time and pH and dosage of dodecylamine on yield of milltailings concentrate and content of calcium carbonate. The flotation mechanism of dodecylamine has been discussed by testing the infrared spectrum and zeta potentials of a single mineral, The test results showed that the concentrate with 83.84% CaCO3 was obtained by the process of one roughing, two-stage scavengings and one cleanings. Meanwhile, the CaCO3 yield and the CaCO3 recovery were 85.97% and 96.08% respectively.
