摘 要:试验取用纯度均高于95%的菱镁矿和白云石进行破碎、筛分和磨矿流程,使-0.074 mm矿物粒度含量为80%左右。在油酸钠浮选体系中,经单矿物和混合矿物浮选试验,结果表明:菱镁矿和白云石可浮性极为相似,单矿物浮选,油酸钠用量为170 mg/L时,菱镁矿精矿产率最高为90%,白云石精矿产率最高为88%。加入Na OH调节pH值为碱性,进行混合矿物分离浮选试验,效果明显。菱镁矿和白云石的浮选分离临界pH值为11.0,此时菱镁矿精矿产率最高为82%,白云石精矿产率最低为48%。The purity of magnesite and dolomite were higher than 95%. After crushing screening and grinding, the percent of mineral grain which size was less than 0.074 mm was at about 80%. By single and mixed minerals flotation study in sodium oleate system, the results shows that both magnesite and dolomite had the similar flotation ability. For single mineral flotation, when the dosage of sodium oleate was 170 mg/L, the highest magnesite's productivity was 90% and dolomite was up to 88%. When the ore pulp was alkaline, the experiment which adopted buffer solution added sodium hydrate separated the minerals obviously. When the pH of ore pulp was 11.5, magnesite's maximum productivity was 82% and dolomite's minimum productivity was 48%.
