摘  要:铝土矿选矿回水在生产系统中循环时间的延长,会使脱硅生产指标逐渐恶化;选矿回水的置换外排存在一定的环境污染风险。采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)对选矿回水进行处理,并考察脱硅指标。结果表明,选矿回水在生产系统中循环使用25 d后脱硅指标恶化严重;适量的PAC处理可降低选矿回水中絮凝剂残留,提高精矿铝硅比与精矿氧化铝回收率,延长选矿回水的循环使用时间;过量的PAC添加会造成絮凝剂含量的上升,进而导致脱硅指标再次恶化。Desilication index decreased with the increase of cycle time of the backwater in bauxite flotation. Discharge of the backwater may lead to the risk of environmental pollution. Polyaluminium chloride(PAC) is used to treat the backwater, and desilication index are examined. The results showed that flotation index that using backwater deteriorate seriously after 25 days. After treatment of backwater by moderate amount of PAC, AI/Si ratio and recovery rate of concentrates are improved and the cycle time of the backwater is increased, which may due to the decrease of the flocculant content. But the overaddition of PAC can't contribute to the desilication index, and probably due to the reincrease of the flocculant content in backwater.
