摘　　要：概念隐喻是认知语言学的重要组成部分,相关研究在国内外都有深远影响。选取艾米丽·迪金森的短诗——《因为我不能停下等待死亡》来深度剖析诗人如何利用概念隐喻构建其心中的爱情观。The research of conceptual metaphor has profound significance for its importance in cogni- tive linguistics. This paper focuses on the usage of conceptual metaphor in literature works and selects a short poem -- Because I Could Not Stop For Death written by Emily Dickinson in order to find out the poet＇s view of love in her heart.
