摘　　要：目的分析2011-2016年铜川市乙肝重复报告情况,为铜川市乙肝防控提供依据。方法通过传染病报告信息管理系统收集铜川市所辖4个区县中的乙肝病例报告个案并进行个案查重,分析乙肝重复报告率。结果 2011-2016年铜川市报告的5 114例乙肝病例中,重复报告病例566例,重复报告率为11.07%,年度间重复报告率为9.92%,高于年度内重复报告率为1.27%。各年龄组的重复报告率为0%~14.31%(χ2=24.681,P<0.01),高年龄组的重复报告率高于低年龄组;各级医疗机构均有重复报告病例,重复报告率为9.40%~11.49%(χ2=0.81,P>0.05)。结论铜川市乙肝报告不准确,各类人群、各级医疗机构普遍存在乙肝重复报告情况。Objective This study analyzed the repeated reporting on hepatitis B in Tongchuan city from 2011 to2016,to provide the basis for the prevention and control strategies of hepatitis B in Tongchuan. Methods The cases of hepatitis B reported from 4 districts and counties which were governed by Tongchuan were collected and checked through the infectious disease reporting information management system,and analyzed the rate of repeated reporting on hepatitis B. Results There were 5 114 cases of hepatitis B reported in Tongchuan city from 2011 to 2016. The number of repeated reporting cases were 566. The rate of the repeated reporting was11. 07%. The repeated reporting rate between the annual was 9. 92%,which was higher than that of the annual report rate of 1. 27%. The rates of repeated reporting on each age group were 0-14. 31%（ χ^2= 24. 681,P〈0. 01）. Repeated reporting rate of the high age group was exceeding than that of the low age group. Different medical institutions at all levels had repeated reports on hepatitis B,the rates were 9. 40%-11. 49%（ χ^2=0. 81,P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The reporting number of hepatitis B was inaccurate in Tongchuan. The repeated reporting on hepatitis B was a common situation among varies population and different medical institutions at all levels.
