摘 要:通过现场小型试验装置对目标污泥进行适应性驯化并选择合适的反应停留时间,继而考察不同加菌量的反应器中污泥减量脱水效果。试验结果表明:不论是污泥减量比还是脱水性能都显示48 h反应时间可以满足污泥改性处理要求。A、B两反应器分别投加相当于污泥质量4%、6%的菌剂量,结果显示两反应器均有明显污泥减量脱水的效果。其中高线运行的B反应器污泥减量程度明显优于同期的A反应器,但二者脱水程度相差不明显,污泥溶解性COD均有明显下降。相较于原泥真空抽滤泥饼含水率89.98%,反应器B降低13.36%,后期显示为低线运行的A反应器同样降低9%。During the small-scale test device,target sludge was domesticated to select the suitable reaction residence time,Then,the effect of sludge reduction and dewatering in the reactor with different amounts of microbial agents was investigated.The results showed that both the sludge reduction ratio and the dehydration performance found that the 48 hours residence time can meet the sludge modification treatment requirements.And the reactor A and B were added with microbial agents of4% and 6% of the sludge quantity respectively,two of which both had obvious sludge reduction and dewatering ability.The sludge reduction rate of B-reactor running in high-line operation was better than that of A-reactor in the same period,but the difference of dewatering ability between the two was not obvious,and the COD of sludge were both significantly decreased.Compared with the water content of 89.98% of original mud's vacuum pumping mud cake,reactor B decreased by 13.36%,the latter showed low-line operation of the reactor A also reduced by 9%.
