摘　　要：以4个品种小菊花瓣作为外植体,进行以花瓣为外植体的愈伤组织和丛芽诱导试验.以MS为基本培养基,添加生长素与细胞分裂素,通过正交试验筛选出愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化以及继代增殖中最优的激素配方.The four varieties of small chrysanthemum petals were used as explants to conduct an experiment of induction for callus and bud with petals as explants. We use MS as the basic medium, add auxin and cytokines and choose the optimal hormone formulation in callus induction, adventitious bud differentiation and subculture based on orthogonal tests.
