摘  要:韭菜苔是我国一种新兴的出口蔬菜,葱蓟马是韭菜苔花蕾部分可能携带的昆虫。为确定溴甲烷检疫处理葱蓟马的技术指标,本文测定了不同温度条件下溴甲烷对葱蓟马的毒力,确定在17.5~18.5℃、22~23℃和26~28℃下,溴甲烷熏蒸葱蓟马死亡率达到机率值9所需浓度时间乘积(CT值)分别为89.06、58.03和42.74 g·h/m^3 。在17.5~18.5℃,40、50、60 g/m^3 ;22~23℃,30、40、50 g/m^3 ;26~28℃,20、30、40 g/m^3 条件下,溴甲烷处理韭菜苔在可溶性糖、蛋白质、粗纤维、Vc、脂肪的含量与对照都没有明显差异;但在风味上17.5~18.5℃下60 g/m^3 处理的韭菜苔生吃和熟吃与对照相比稍有异味感。上述温度和浓度处理后,韭菜苔中溴甲烷残留检测不到。根据上述结果,建议采用17.5~22.9℃48 g/m^3 2 h、23~27.9℃32 g/m^3 2 h和大于28℃24 g/m^3 2 h作为韭菜苔携带有害生物的溴甲烷熏蒸技术指标。Chinese chives flower stalk is one of vegetables for export which may be infected with Thrips alliorum. In order to determinate the eliminated doses of mehyl bromide against Thrips alliorum for quarantine purpose,we investigated the toxicity of methyl bromide at different temperatures. The CT values of fumigation on Thrips alliorum to achieve probit 9 mortality were 89.06、58.03 and 42.74 g·h/m^3 at17.5-18.5℃ 、22-23℃ and 26-28℃. The contents of soluble sugar,protein,crude fiber,Vc and fat in Chinese chives flower stalk were not significantly different between the treated samples by the methyl bromide and the control at 17.5-18.5℃,40、50、60 g/m^3;22-23℃,30、40、50 g/m^3;26-28℃,20、30、40 g/m^3,but the raw and cooked Chinese chives flower stalk treated at 17.5-18.5℃,60 g/m^3 has foreign taste compared with control. After the above temperature and concentration treatment,the methyl bromide residue in Chinese chives flower stalk was not detected. Based on these results we suggest that 17.5-22.9℃ 48 g/m^32 h、23-27.9℃ 32 g/m^32 h and 〉28℃ 24 g/m^32 h could be used for quarantine fumigation of Chinese chives flower stalk.
