中厚型熔喷非织造布性能的测试与分析

摘  要:结合生产的实践情况,利用几种不同规格的中厚型熔喷非织造布,对断裂强力、断裂伸长、顶破性、耐磨性、硬挺度、拒水性能、孔隙率、吸油倍率、吸油速率、透气性、透湿性、保暖性等进行了测试,并从外观和非织造布结构等角度,分析了3类5种不同规格的中厚型熔喷非织造布的性能和特点,同时分析比较了不同克质量的试样。通过实验得出了不同克质量的非织造布具有不同的力学性能和较为稳定的结构,发现非织造布的克质量、厚度和结构特征等对以上性能影响较大,并有一定的相关关系,得出中厚型熔喷非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医用等方面有着广泛的应用前景。By using several kinds of medium thick melt-blown nonwovens of different specifications,the performance of breaking strength,elongation at break,bursting strength,wear resistance,stiffness,water repellency,porosity,oil absorption ratio,oil absorption rate,gas permeability,moisture permeability,warmth retention are tested. From the point of view of appearance and structure of nonwovens,the properties and characteristics of 3 type 5 kinds of medium thick melt-blown nonwovens with different specifications are analyzed. At the same time,the samples with different grams were analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the nonwovens of different grams have different mechanical properties and relatively stable structures. It is found that the weight,thickness and structural characteristics of nonwovens have great influence on the above properties,and there is a certain correlation between them. It is concluded that the melt-blown nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for the development of various functional products and have a wide application prospect in medical and other fields.
